NGO focused on violence against women

Strong and Proud is an NGO that supports women affected by violence. Focused on Mindset, Role models, Leadership. My role was to help improve the organization’s branding and communication across different platforms, ensuring the message was clear and easily understood. The goal was to expand the NGO’s reach both locally and globally.

Problem Statement:

Inconsistent messaging and visuals across platforms made it difficult for the NGO to communicate its mission clearly, limiting engagement, reach, and credibility.

Solution:

Developed a unified communication style with simple, meaningful messaging for local and global audiences. Designed editable templates and strengthened social media presence to boost reach and support the NGO’s mission.

Motherhood & Leadership Campaign for Mother’s Day

We hosted a webinar, “Being a Mom & a Leader: Strong, Proud, and Unstoppable,” featuring six inspiring women from tech, finance, branding, and leadership. They shared real stories and practical insights on motherhood, leadership, work-life balance, and the mindset shifts that help make it all work.

The event was promoted through a week-long series of social media posts to build engagement and reach a wider audience.

Outcomes

More women around the world are showing interest in joining our journey by collaborating on upcoming projects.

8-Day Global Campaign for Women’s Day Week

An 8-day campaign was launched for Women’s Day Week 2025, featuring 7 women from around the world sharing their stories of confidence and overcoming challenges.

The video left space for an 8th woman, representing every woman still finding her voice and shaping her path. This space was symbolic: hers, and ours.

The campaign included a community event in Berlin with women in tech sharing personal stories, as well as a run/walk to show global support. Content was shared through photos, videos, and quotes across social media, encouraging conversations around women’s empowerment.
